Agreement and service
These terms describe the intended Clientfold subscription service and this public storefront demonstration. By ordering a production subscription, you agree to the plan limits, price, billing period, and disclosures shown before purchase. You must be able to enter an agreement and provide accurate contact information. This static website does not create accounts, accept payments, store client documents, or deliver activation codes. The displayed studios, ratings, reviews, and rankings are supplied demonstration content and are not verified customer endorsements.
Billing and renewal
Plans are billed monthly in USD. A production trial lasts fourteen days. A subscription renews automatically each month after the trial until you cancel before the next billing date. The checkout must clearly identify the amount due, the renewal date, and any applicable taxes before you authorize payment. BUREAU10 reduces only the first paid month of Bureau by ten percent and does not discount later renewals. Cancel through support before renewal; cancellation stops future charges and normally preserves access through your paid term.
Ownership and confidentiality
You retain ownership of all uploaded files, messages, and client materials. You grant only the limited permission needed to operate your requested workspace. Files and messages are private by default unless you share them or authorize access. You are responsible for your invitations, shared links, and permission choices. We must handle confidential client materials only for service delivery and must not sell them or use them to train machine learning models. Legal disclosure obligations may apply, and requests should be limited to what the law requires.
Limits and acknowledgment records
Storage limits pause new uploads without automatic overage fees; existing files remain available during paid access. Built-in signatures are simple acknowledgment records only. They are not a legal electronic-signature service, identity verification, legal advice, or a guarantee of enforceability. Use a dedicated electronic-signature provider for contracts and legal transactions. Do not use Clientfold for unlawful content, abuse, infringement, or content you are not authorized to share.
Export, deletion, and responsibility
You may export your data before closing a production account. Request account deletion through the contact information below. Intended deletion completes within thirty days, with backup copies expiring within ninety days unless legal retention is required. Billing records may be retained as required by law. Keep an independent copy of important work. Service availability and suitability are not guaranteed beyond any separate written agreement. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us about disputes so we can first seek a practical resolution.
